My Philosophy
I believe that the correct use of exercise and conditioning in combination with other healthy habits can lead to a lifetime of athletic enjoyment and improve quality of life.
Through my youth sports fitness programs, personal training, injury prevention, home therapy, early stimulation, and educational services, I emphasize conditioning the human body as a whole. In all of my instruction, I emphasize:
TECHNIQUE:
Correct form of movements and exercises.
PRACTICE:
Motion Intelligence, based on repetitions and frequent body routines.
PERFECTION:
Productive performance behavior.
I feel that a lack of awareness of body movement, such as constantly having incorrect posture, or using inappropriate movement execution, not only limits performance but increases the risk of injuries. Additionally, many of today’s health challenges, such as diabetes, obesity, and heart-related complications are the result of deficiencies and poor motion standards. I strive to help you boost your fitness with individualized training plans that help you to reach your goals, keep you motivated to exercise, and improve your mental and physical health and overall wellbeing.
