Youth Group Fitness
This class is primarily for Middle and High School students. It focuses on flexibility, coordination, intro to weight lifting, and neuro-motor skills stimulation. The class is groups of 2 minimum to 4 maximum.

10 Sessions: 1-hour sessions / 2-3 sessions per week

15 Sessions: 1-hour sessions / 2-3 sessions per week

20 Sessions: 1-hour sessions / 2-3 sessions per week
